Q Do you guarantee your products or services?
A Yes, In addition to the manufacturers' warranties, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on our products as long as you return the product in new condition. This includes the box and instructions. You may return the items for refund, exchange for a different size, or store credit. No returns on special orders. If you return an item which you have soiled or otherwise damaged, you will be charged a percentage based on our judgement. We appreciate it if you fold the slings neatly to fit in the carton again. You are responsible for shipping costs. Please include a note telling us what you are doing. InStep strollers are shipped direct from Instep and so are offered with a one year manufacturer's warranty against defect. Click here for more information.

Q What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or send us a check. You can also do your entire order over the phone.


Q How soon do you ship and how is shipping calculated?
A We ship products that we stock by the next business day after payment clearing. We normally ship products by USPS or FEDEx -your choice Instep products which are drop-shipped by UPS ground from InSTEP in Wisconsin and Dreamer Design shipped from Washington. Some Gymnic products are also dropshipped.

Upon checkout, the shopping cart looks up real-time shipping quotes from FEDEX and USPS. You are given a choice between several options with the current price which includes any packaging or handling charges. You can choose anything from Express Mail to economical Parcel Post or Fed Ex options. International orders have their own shipping options. Merchandise offering free shipping is for the continental US only.


Q How do I pay for an order?
You can pay on our secure server using Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, or send check/money order. If you do not want to submit your credit card information over the internet, call us with your order.

We also accept Paypal. When checking out if using Paypal, use the pay by mail option and then send us an email stating your intention to use Paypal.


Q What is your privacy policy?
A We do not sell or share our customer information.

Orders are taken over secure servers. If you order over the internet, we at Childrensneeds never see your complete credit card number as our merchant account provider (Authorize.net) does not pass along that information for your protection.
